1. Is attendance mandatory?
   Yes. Students are required to attend at least 80 % of the classes in each module.
2. What is TÖMER?
   TÖMER is a language center established to teach Turkish to foreigners. It provides Turkish language education using up-to-date methods and techniques.
3. Can I start at any level I want?
   No. All students registered with TÖMER must take a placement test before starting classes. According to the exam results, students are placed in the appropriate Turkish level.
4. Where can I find my NTDIL exam results?
   You can find your NTDIL exam results in the “NTDIL Exam Result” section on the Nişantaşı TÖMER website. When results are announced, the relevant list is uploaded to the announcement page.
5. What course levels are offered at TÖMER?
   Turkish courses are offered at al levels from A1 to C1.
6. What is the passing grade for end-of-module exams?
   To pass the end-of-module exam, students must score at least sixty (60) points.
7. How many points do I need to be successful at TÖMER?
   The required success score varies depending on the student’s academic level:

• 50 and above: Associate degree
• 60 and above: Bachelor’s degree
• 65 and above: Master’s degree
• 70 and above: Doctorate

8. Is there a fee for repeating a module?
   Yes. Students repeating a module must pay the module fee again.
9. What does NTDIL stand for?
   NTDIL stands for “Nişantaşı TÖMER Language Proficiency and Level Determination Exam.”
